History of the Studio
Keyboard with Kimmy began in 2020 as an online studio, born from a desire to keep music alive during a challenging year.
What started as Zoom lessons soon moved into my apartment living room, where students gathered to learn, laugh, and make music together.
Today, we’ve grown into a dedicated space of our own—a full building with beautiful teaching rooms and a performance hall where students can shine on stage.
Our mission has stayed the same: to create a fun, supportive environment where students build confidence, develop skills, and discover the joy of playing piano.

Why We Teach
Keyboard with Kimmy was built on a simple belief: everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy of making music.
As we grew, our goal never became simply teaching more students. It became creating a place where every student feels welcomed, challenged, and supported by teachers who genuinely care about their success.
We believe music lessons are about more than learning notes. They build confidence, creativity, discipline, and the satisfaction that comes from accomplishing something you once thought was impossible. When students leave each lesson, we hope they leave not only as stronger musicians, but as more confident people.

Who We’re Looking For
Keyboard with Kimmy is more than a music studio—we’re a community built on confidence, progress, and joy. Located in Broomall, PA, we help students discover their voice at the piano and gain the courage to share it. Through our unique group lesson model and regular performance opportunities, students learn not just to play music, but to perform it with joy and self-assurance.
Our team believes that music education should be uplifting, structured, and fun. We combine strong pedagogy with a nurturing environment where every student feels supported to grow at their own pace. We integrate technology into every lesson to accelerate student growth and provide immediate feedback—even when they’re practicing at home. Music is deeply personal, but we don't believe it should be experienced alone. Some of the most meaningful moments happen when students encourage one another, celebrate each other's progress, and share the joy of making music together. That's why every student at Keyboard with Kimmy has the opportunity to participate in our group classes. Whether they take private lessons, group lessons, or both, we believe learning alongside others helps students become more confident musicians and creates a community they're excited to be part of.
